Placing An Order

When requesting catering services, it is important to provide the following information:

  • Location, date and time of the event
  • Number of people attending the event
  • Type of service desired
  • Department name, telephone number and e-mail address of person filing the reservation
  • Department Org/Fund Account Number
  • Verification that the venue has been booked and set-up noted (This should be arranged through the online Events Management System (EMS) or through the Dining, Conference and Campus Events Office at Please Note: catering is not allowed in classroom spaces, but can be ordered for common areas, lounges and meeting rooms.
  • Floral arrangements, linen color and other specialty decor items desired

To order catering, please fill out the Catering Request Form. This form will automatically be sent to  Catering Manager Donald Desrosiers who will contact you if additional information is required.
