Faculty/Staff Dining Options

The Mays Center will serve as the Den for the coming academic year, opening on September 7. Hours of operation will be 10:30 am –  2:30 pm Monday through Friday. The space will provide a myriad of menu offerings as well as seating options for those who wish to dine in. Patrons may also decide to take their meals to go enjoying the outdoor seating options and the beautiful fall weather.

Faculty and staff may also still access Commons for breakfast and lunch at the reduced summer rate Monday through Friday.  Additionally, beverage only and ice cream to-go  options will also be available – see details below. If you choose to dine in Commons, please remember that the highest traffic time is 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm; dining outside these hours will help lower congestion at our peak service times and ensure seating is available.


  • Breakfast: 7:00 am – 9:00 am
  • $5.00 per person
  • Lunch: 11:00 am – 2:30 pm
  • $7.00 per person

Beverage To-Go Option:

  • For those wishing to get a beverage (coffee, fountain drink, etc) only, and bringing their own PRC (Personal Reusable Container) the cost is $1.00. For your convenience, a washing station for PRCs is available near the waffle station in Commons.
  • Those without PRCs will receive a 20 oz. paper cup at the door and the cost is $1.50.
  • Please note that those choosing this option must take it to go. 

Ice Cream To-Go Option:

  • For those wishing to get ice cream only the cost is $1.50 and can either be consumed from a to-go dish – provided when you enter – or in a cone.
