Requests for technical support (audio/visual etc.) need to be made as far in advance as possible.
The Classroom Technology and Event Support (CTES) office has the primary responsibilities of supporting technology in the classroom and supporting the audio/visual needs of events that take place on the Bates College campus. It is the goal of this office to be able to provide excellent service to the Bates community for many of its audio/visual needs.

For large-scale events, please reach out to the Dining, Conferences and Campus Events Office at 207-786-6299 for assistance with AV needs.
In addition, if your event requires the use of the internal portable podium, you must contact the Dining, Conferences and Campus Events Office to request use of this podium. There is a $125 fee to utilize the podium.
