Equipment

Equipment used during a catered event is for use during that event only. Items removed from the event will be added to the final bill at replacement cost. Utensils, pots and pans are available for use on a very limited basis. Requests must be made in advance through the catering office. A deposit is due upon pick-up and will be refunded when all items have been returned.

Linens, china and buffet skirting are included in the cost of events. If you request extra tables to be clothed, or clothed and skirted – more than four- you will be billed the following sur-charge:

  • Tablecloths 
    • Linen
      • Banquets – $4.50 each
      • Round- $5.50 each
      • Overlay- $2.50 each
      • Napkin- $1.00 each
    • Plastic
      • $3.25 each
  • Table Skirt: $10.00 each
  • Chaffing Dishes: 
    • Basic- $2.50 each
    • Upgraded- $5.00 each
    • Sterno : $3.50 each
