Are the Vegan Coconut Snowballs cake balls or a coconut paste/dough? Are they baked and made similarly to how cake balls are made (mashed cake mixed with frosting, for example), or are they a sweet coconut paste filling that is reduced and molded into balls and then cake chunks are added?
