Studying abroad does not mean that you abdicate your right (responsibility) to vote.

For US citizens:

• The Harward Center is a continued resource for you while you’re away as you plan to submit your vote while off-campus.
• The US Department of State provides information on voting while abroad.
•  Overseas Vote  also provides good information.

International students should contact the appropriate ministry at home.
