An Afternoon with Art: Mindfulness with Visual Art
The Bates Museum of Art and the Multifaith Chaplaincy are pleased to announce a new program for Spring 2021; An Afternoon with Art: Mindfulness with Visual Art.
In this program, which will occur on the last Sunday of every month (barring May, when it will be offered the week before commencement) join us for an art-centered mindfulness practice and discussion with intentionally selected pieces from the museum’s collection. No previous meditation or mindfulness experience is necessary, beginners are very welcome. The first session will be held on Sunday, Feb. 28th from 1-2 p.m. EST on Zoom.
