Catering Request Form
Bates College Catering supports clubs by fulfilling catering orders and providing meal replacement food. If you have questions, please contact Donald Desrosiers, Catering Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Catering can provide the food for your event, charged directly to your club account. Please submit your catering request below no later than 5 business days prior to your event date. Examples of typical catering requests for club events include: cookies, brownies, other desserts, coffee, tea, chai, and water – though they’re capable of much more! Contact Donald Desrosiers, Catering Manager, with questions about what they might be able to provide.
Meal Replacements (FREE for clubs)
Catering provides two on-campus meal replacement options for BCSG-recognized clubs. Club members pick up the materials from Commons, and then cook for a meeting or event. Catering also can provide food to pick-up and take with you for extended off-campus travel. Catering requires the submission of the names of all individuals who will be partaking in the meal, who should be advised that they will not eat in Commons for that meal period. Meal replacement requests may be made below, and must be submitted no later than 5 business days prior to your event date.
For academic year 2019-20, Barbecue season is from September 1 to October 12, 2019 and April 26 to May 23, 2020.
Meal replacement barbecues provide hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, buns, chips, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, pickles, onions, sliced cheese, ketchup, relish, mustard, pasta or potato salad, fruit salad or sliced watermelon, assorted cookies and brownies, assorted beverages, and necessary paper products. Cooking utensils may be available for a small deposit, which will be returned to you upon utensil return.
Meal replacement spaghetti dinners provide uncooked spaghetti, marinara sauce, parmesan cheese, bread sticks, green salad with two dressings, assorted cookies and brownies, and assorted beverages. Spaghetti may be provided cooked, at a fee of $1 per person. Cooking utensils may be available for a small deposit, which will be returned to you upon utensil return.
