Quaker rice cakes!!!

The rice cakes we have in the gluten-free fridges are great but fall apart very easily, and I think the plain Quaker rice cakes (lightly-salted) have better nutritional value, are cheap, and last longer/better while still being gluten-free.

Many thanks for your napkin. We explicitly chose Lundberg organic rice cakes for their superior texture and taste. Unlike the Quaker variety, Lundberg cakes are dense and thick, providing the perfect flavorful foundation for generous toppings.
