Planning An Event With Catering
Although we will do everything possible to accommodate last minute requests, our most successful events have been planned with a minimum of 5 business day notice and events requesting beer and wine service a ten-day notice. Requests for an event with less than a five or ten business day notice are subject to a $150.00 late fee and product availability.
In the case of wedding receptions, initial contact must be made with the Dining, Conferences and Campus Events Office via Christine Schwartz, either by e-mail at email@example.com or phone at (207) 240-9522.
No wedding reception will be considered with less than a two month notice. There are special guidelines for scheduling/planning a wedding reception which will be discussed at the time of booking. Please refer to the Weddings/Ceremonies section of this website for complete guidelines and more information.
Note: prices include labor, linen and china. They do not include florals/decorations. These are an additional cost.
