I would love to see more gluten-free options. The food labeling is great and super helpful, but sometimes cross-contamination occurs. This makes things harder and can make me hesitant to eat certain foods at commons. It would be great to have a few more strictly gluten-free options aside from the bread, bagels, wraps, and rice cakes.
