Live (gluten) free or die

Would it be possible to introduce some more gluten free baked good options? I’m gluten free and SO envious of my friends eating muffins, pumpkin bread, and the like in the morning, and the abundance of cakes, bars, and cookies for dessert at lunch and dinner. GF macaroons, no-bake cookies, flourless cake, and brownies every so often are great, but more variety and more frequent GF baked goods would be very much appreciated.

There is currently one gluten-free dessert each day, whether at lunch or at dinner. However, there are other options available if you have been diagnosed as gluten-free. Please reach out to Kelly Perreault at kperrea2@bates.edu.
