Instead of the Tempeh used now, cooked in plastic, we should use Tootie’s tempeh. It’s a Maine based brand that other Maine schools, I believe including Bowdoin and Colby, use as their supplier as it has less plastic and less overall co2 emissions in addition to just tasting better!!
