My salad creativity has been stretched to the limits. I love to mix and match at the salad bar but I always end up making the same thing. Do you think we could make a “featured salad of the week” notecard/sign that hangs out at the salad bar for inspiration (it would have a recipe/ingredients)? They could be salads from students, faculty, staff – whoever has a great idea. I just know that after 3 years, I could be eating different salads. But my creativity has been lost, looking for inspiration from my fellow bobcats.
