Museum of Art

Requests are reviewed on a rolling basis. Please submit by June 1 (Fall), Nov 1 (Winter), or Feb 1 (Short Term).

Up to five works may be requested. Depending on the volume of requests, we might not be able to accommodate all requests. Please indicate your order of priority if requesting more than one artwork.

The museum will create a standard label with the following information: Artist, Title & Date, Medium, Credit line. Faculty may submit additional didactic text of up to 200 words/object label. The deadline for this information is 4 weeks prior to the start of the academic term the objects will be on view (e.g. the first week of August for the Fall Semester).
