I have been dreaming of plantains in commons for so long and they were cooked SO WELL! And my friends who had never had them before were BIG FANS. So happy and grateful, thanks 🙂 I feel like they could be out during the vegan taco bar days or fajita days as a nice side !! or with melted cheese on top (truly options are endless! even plantains with a dollop of soft serve are deeelsih) This addition is truly life changing – many thanks.
