2018-19 Club Renewal & Budget Application


Things you will need ready to complete this application:

  1. Contact information (name, class year, and Bates email) of new leadership (president, vice president, treasurer, and community liaison) for the 2018-19 academic year.
  2. If your club maintains a space that requires key or swipe access, contact information (name and Bates email) for individuals authorized to access it in the 2018-19 academic year.
  3. Final membership roster (name and class year) of all active members of your club for the current academic year (2017-18).
  4. If you are applying for a budget, a completed Budget Proposal Spreadsheet and Budget Proposal Narrative.

This application is due on Friday, September 14 at noon for new clubs approved after the March 2018 deadline.
