A Note About Club Funding

Greetings,
On behalf of the BCSG Funding & Activities Board (FAB), I first would like to thank you for a fantastic academic year. I hope that with our support, your club has been able to realize its vision and support its members with fun, interactive meetings, engaging events, and engagement with the Lewiston-Auburn and Maine communities.
At this juncture, the year is drawing to a close, and most of the money in FAB’s allocation fund has been distributed. Going forward, FAB will prioritize allocating funds to initiatives that fall into two categories:
- Annual, traditional mid- and large-scale events.
- Supplies that are essential to the functioning of the club.
Requests that fall outside of these categories are unlikely to be funded, and may have to be requested again in the coming academic year. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As a friendly reminder, the last day FAB will meet to consider budget requests for this academic year will be Monday, April 8. Budget requests must be submitted by Friday, April 5 at 5:00pm to be considered.
