Matthew Arsenault is looking ahead to next summer, when he will be at sea for two months on an internationally funded research experiment. He is a research assistant in marine geophysics at Oregon State. When he was in Nepal last spring hiking down from the base camp at Mount Everest, he ran into Ben Ayers ’99. They caught up on old times in Kathmandu the next week…. Paige Brown has gone into business for herself as a freelance photographer, www.paige-brown.com, shooting “everything from horses, to children and families, to corporate work.”… Chris and Katie Michalewich Holmes spent summer 2003 in Oxford, United Kingdom, where Chris completed course work on Milton and Katie enjoyed the end of her residency in family medicine. Katie has a fellowship in maternal child health at Brown, while Chris teaches English at the Wheeler School in Providence; summers involve finishing his degree at Breadloaf… Rachel Van Houten works as a project manager and science educator at the Montshire Museum of Science in Norwich, Vt. She completed her master’s in environmental studies at Antioch New England and has built a wood and fiberglass kayak to explore the rivers and lakes of New England in her spare time.
