Club Budget Requests

Through the work of the BCSG Funding & Activities Board (FAB), student government provides funding throughout the year to enable club activities, including events/programs, initiatives, and attending conferences, meets, and tournaments. Budget requests may be made from a club’s Bates Engage Accounting Book to support any financial needs related to the successful operation of the club.

A table denoting the overall timeline for consideration of budget requests may be found below. Please use this to identify the ideal time to submit a request. Please note that consideration time may be delayed by a minimum of one week if FAB determines your request is not complete and/or requires more information. Please plan ahead to ensure that your request has enough time for consideration.

Off-campus travel approval is now integrated with the Budget Request Form. Please plan accordingly, and submit with ample time prior to your anticipated travel.
