Employee Input Sessions

Dear Colleagues, 

As I wrote to you last week, we are excited to launch a comprehensive employee engagement program that will begin with input sessions taking place over the next two weeks. These sessions will offer opportunities for all of us to share what’s on our minds so we can better understand which of our current practices and policies promote engagement and where we have work to do. Input from the sessions will be collected, analyzed, and shared with employees. 

To ensure the size of the sessions allows everyone to participate and share thoughts, we ask that you register for the session you wish to attend. If additional sessions are needed, more dates and times will be made available.

These sessions are not required, but are strongly encouraged. For this effort to be inclusive and successful, it is critical that we hear from as many employees as possible. Attending an input session will allow you to share your thoughts and hear from colleagues. However,  if it is not possible for you to participate, you have an opportunity to provide input through this online form. The questions in this form are the same as those that will be posed during the in-person and Zoom input sessions.
