The Bates College Employee Handbook is a resource for information regarding policies, employment, benefits, payroll processing, and administration, and environmental health and safety as they relate to employment at Bates College. Violations of college policies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

The Employee Handbook is a guide and is not intended to outline every policy and procedure.  Questions regarding policy interpretation or administration should be directed to a member of the HR management team.
