The College believes it is important for employees to have time away from work to relax and rejuvinate.
The College provides a generous vacation leave accrual and encourages employees to manage their vacation schedules with the supervisor or manager to take advantage of the time off. For new staff members, vacation eligibility begins after 120 days of employment. Staff who have completed 120 days of continuous service in an eligible position will be credited with the equivalent accrued vacation time.
