A Deposit Summary form must be completed and included with each department and student organization deposit.

Department Deposits:  Cash and check deposits that are normally posted to department funds/orgs should be delivered to Cashiering in the Accounting office at 221 Lane Hall.

Student Accounts: Cash and check deposits that affect individual student accounts should be delivered to Student Financial Services in Libbey Forum.

Student Organizations and Club Activities: Cash and check deposits related to student clubs and organizations should be brought to Cashiering at 221 Lane Hall.

Department Gifts: Gifts received by departments within the College should be brought to Advancement for processing and donor acknowledgement.
