Department Reports

The following reports are produced and electronically distributed on a monthly basis.  Reports are available upon request at any time by contacting the Accounting Department:

Operating Budget Status and Transaction Detail reports are electronically distributed on a monthly basis.  These reports complement each other by providing summary budget with year-to-date revenue and expense totals by account number, and transaction details by account number.

Fund Reports for Internal Awards are electronically distributed on a monthly basis and report beginning and ending fund balance and current year activity.

Federal and Private Grants, Endowment Funds, and Agency Fund reports are electronically distributed on a monthly and are available upon request.

Transferring Funds

To request a transfer of funds to another Department or Student Organization, please complete an Inter-Org Transfer/Co-Sponsorship Form and forward it to the Accounting Department at 221 Lane Hall.
