Event Logistics
  • Timeframe: Drop in anytime between 10am and 2pm
  • Special Moment: A short, informal Bates welcome in the Randall Room (2nd floor) at 11am to kick things off.
  • Refreshments: Enjoy delicious bites in the Randall Room, catered by Café Josephine, throughout the event.
What to Expect

Feel free to wander the museum’s interactive exhibits, nature areas, and city-view terraces at your own pace. Come ready to reconnect with Bates and meet new faces!
