NAVIGATING TRANSITIONS

Change is constant for all of us and can range from minor course corrections to profound life events. While change is external, transition is a complex internal process that occurs before, during, or after change. Healthy transitions are key to subsequent satisfaction and success.

This session will describe and explain the transition process and enable participants to develop practical strategies for successful personal and professional transitions.
