Break out your running shoes or and strengthen your power positions for our annual Alumni 5K and the inaugural Goodrich Alumni throws competition. As the alumni 5K race has done for decades, it provides an opportunity to reunite with past teammates as well as meet the next generation of XC and Bates Track and Field.

Throwers will return to celebrate the great history of the program and remember those we have lost while having some fun with the disc, hammer, and shot. This is a great time to reconnect with old friends on the running side as well. 

This is the beginning of a new expanded XC and Track and Field experience and we would love to have everyone involved and in attendance.

XC Alumni Race
Time: Noon
Location: Russell Street Track
