Google’s multimodal AI model, which can “understand and reason across different types of information including text, images, audio, video, and code.” The current LLM’s available from Gemini are: Gemini 3.6 Flash (all purpose); Gemini 3.6 Thinking (solves complex problems); and Gemini 3.1 Pro (advanced math and code)

Hugging Face

Hugging Face Hub is a platform and repository of LLMs, datasets, and demo apps (or Spaces) that allow any one to “explore, experiment, collaborate, and build technology with Machine Learning.”

Ollama

Ollama is a freely available, open source application that allows you to run LLM’s locally on your computer for experimentation and testing. (Installed and available for use and testing in Coram: please contact ats@groups.bates.edu for details on how to access).
