We now have the second edition (2015) of the International Encyclopedia of the Social and Behavioral Sciences online. Where else can you find in-depth, authoritative introductions to Psychology of Subjective Wellbeing, Internet and Social Media: Anthropological Aspects, or Gays, Lesbians, and Sports, in one place?

Ladd Library provides access to e-books from a number of publishers, and one of the biggest collections is called SpringerLink. Thousands of books on the social sciences, downloadable as PDFs.
