Bobcat Reads will be discussing White Mulberry by Rosa Kwon Easton from August 1, 2025 through October 3, 2025.
White Mulberry by Rosa Kwon Easton is set in 1930s Japan. Korean immigrant Miyoung must shed her identity to survive the rising anti-Korean sentiment. As “Miyoko,” she finds solace and love in a Korean church, igniting a new purpose. Facing looming war, she must reclaim her true self to secure her family’s future.
