Bates Dance

Following last year’s successful inaugural event, the Bates Office of Advancement and the Bates Arts Collaborative invite you to celebrate our vibrant dance community once more. Celebrate with fellow alumni, student performers, and friends in the Commons Fireplace Lounge immediately following the Marcy Plavin Spring Dance Concert.

Come share stories, reminisce over favorite performances, and connect over the college’s rich history of dance while enjoying light refreshments and treats. We look forward to seeing you there!

  • Dance Concert Location: Schaeffer Theatre—5pm
    Tickets to the Marcy Plavin Spring Dance Concert are free but required. Please be sure to reserve your ticket in addition to registering for the post-show gathering. 
  • Reception Location: Fireplace Lounge, Commons—6pm
  • Cost: Free for alumni, students, and their families
