IMPORTANT – Effective September 1, 2025 Bates switched from Flores to Baker Tilly Vantagen for the Flexible Spending Account administration. This includes the Medical and Dependent Care accounts. Emails were sent to employees Bates email address with more information on how to log into the myFlexDollars Portal. You can view that same information here.

Any unused 2025 contributions up to $660 will carry forward into 2026 (as long as the minimum $100 account balance is maintained) for the Medical Flexible Spending Account

Picture Story: The Bates Class of 2029 Begins Its Journey

On Aug. 28, the 497 members of the Bates Class of 2029 finally arrived on campus. Current students, faculty, and staff welcomed them with open arms; it was hard to turn a corner without finding a Bates community member offering directions or helping a new student unload their luggage. Bates athletes, pictured below in front of Page Hall, carted the heavy items from cars to dorms.
